**YARD SALES ARE ONLY TO BE VISITED FROM THE HOURS OF 9AM - 2PM ON SUNDAY MAY 18th.
**All yard sale participants are entirely responsible for themselves and their property.

Drive around our beautiful seaside town and go yard sale hopping! You'll get a free map so you can find every stop on the trail.
Show your digital or printed map to redeem any of the discounts. Digital map has BONUS sales and free items and full details.
PRINTED MAPS ARE NOW AVAILABLE AT: Flanders Fish, Smith’s Acres, Gumdrops and Lollipops, Castello of Niantic, Constantine’s, By The Bay, Scott’s Yankee Farmer, Village Wine and Spirits, and Paw Print Pantry.
*There will be no formal gathering or entertainment- it is simply a coordinated registry of tag sales and special treats from local restaurants and shops.

This is for any residential non-business household that would like to put their address on the East Lyme town wide yard sale map for May 18, 2025.
YOUR PRIVACY: Your address will NOT be stored or sold in any way. It will be used exactly one time- to put your household on the East Lyme yard sale map to be visited between the hours of 9am-2pm on May 18, 2025.
Sammy D By The Sea is not liable in any way for loss or damage to your property. Each household is solely responsible for their property and participation in the town wide tag sale. It is completely self-regulated- have fun!
This is the registration for any businesses that would like to participate in the East Lyme town wide tag sale on Sunday May 18, 2025.
This is a $30 one time registration fee to have your business put on the town map for the event. It will be heavily advertised throughout the shoreline and surrounding towns. 500 maps are printed and distributed as well.
Price includes ad design (I’ll make it for you if you’d like!). Just tell me your specs.
When you register, please disclose the deal or offer that you are making. In order to participate, please use the following guidelines:
*This is SPECIAL and unique to your normal sales.
*They will be business- and yard- hopping so SMALL and quick purchase items are encouraged
*Examples- BOGO ice cream cones, a free pair of socks with any hoodie purchased, half off any appetizers, 25% off any gift certificates purchased, 2 tickets free when 4 tickets are purchased for a group outing, etc
You’re welcome to change this at any time leading up to the event, just reach out and let us know so we can advertise whatever you’re offering! We can even come a film a quick promo possibly.
For non-profits and teenie entrepreneurs! Kids who’s like to have a lemonade stand are free as well as any charitable group trying to raise money.
